Beyond the proficiency
Edward has in the custom home building industry,
he
also has an extensive background in residential
and commercial framing. His story of success is
truly inspiring to all that he works with and
is a direct result
of hard work, determination,
and confidence. A little over 20 years ago, Edward
came to San Antonio with a nail gun, a twenty
five year old truck, and a will to succeed. He
approached some of San Antonio’s largest production
builders
about doing their framing. Over the next
ten years, his framing company had exploded from
one 5 man crew to over 30 crews that completed
thousands of homes and commercial projects.
Throughout those years Edward developed relationships
with many other of the industries best contractors.
His knowledge and contact base throughout the
construction industry has enabled Bellus to obtain
the best support system of subcontractors in the
business.
